I have been a Realtor for more than 20 years. I refer to myself as a Consultant- Your Personal Real Estate Consultant. I believe that most people who are looking to buy or sell a home, still prefer personalized service, despite the Internet's ability to seemingly provide "all the answers". I feel they want a real person to talk to and to educate them, to answer their questions, to provide guidance and help through the many hurdles of a real estate transaction. Each year, as I reflect on how market conditions continually change, I am also reminded of how consumers needs, goals and desire for quality service from their Realtor change as well. Our office was one of 17 out of 379 firms that increased the number of sales professionals, increased the number of closed transactions and increased their per-person productivity between 2002-2011. This was not through luck, it was through dedication that we achieved that kind of success in a difficult economic environment.
